Pananet biz Africa is looking for a Partnership & Ecosystem Lead to build a robust network of corporate, government, and non-profit allies. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing strategic alliances that provide funding, mentorship, and market access for our entrepreneurs. You are a master networker who understands how to create mutually beneficial value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to high-value brands for potential collaborations.

  • Partnership Pitching: Lead the end-to-end sales and negotiation process, from initial outreach to signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

  • Fundraising Support: Work closely with the leadership team to identify grant opportunities from international development agencies.

  • Ecosystem Integration: Represent Pananet biz Africa at industry events, tech summits, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the account manager for existing partners, ensuring we deliver on our promises and maintain long-term retention.

  • Sponsorship Sales: Secure corporate sponsorships for Pananet events, hackathons, and demo days.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales, preferably within the African tech or startup space.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to close high-value deals or secure corporate sponsorships.

  • Network: An existing rolodex of contacts within the corporate, NGO, or VC sectors in Africa is a major plus.

  • Communication: Elite persuasion and presentation skills; comfortable pitching to C-suite executives.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and align partnership goals with Pananet's long-term impact.
