Pananet biz Africa is looking for a tech-savvy Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our journey toward becoming a truly digital-first ESO. You will be responsible for selecting and implementing the tech stack that powers our programs and advising our entrepreneurs on how to integrate digital solutions—from AI tools to e-commerce platforms—into their business models. You are the bridge between traditional business support and the future of African tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Select and manage our internal tech stack (CRM, LMS, and automated partner management tools).

  • Founder Advisory: Conduct "digital audits" for startups to identify gaps in their tech usage and recommend affordable software solutions for growth.

  • Program Digitalization: Work with the Curriculum Designer to build an online learning platform (LMS) so Pananet can support founders remotely across Africa.

  • Data Security: Ensure all organizational and founder data is stored securely and complies with local data protection laws.

  • Emerging Tech Integration: Research and train the team on how to use AI and automation to save time and reduce operational costs.

  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with software providers and IT consultants.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in IT Management, Digital Transformation, or Product Management. Experience in a SaaS or Fintech environment is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier), CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and no-code/low-code platforms.

  • Strategy: Ability to create a "Digital Roadmap" that aligns with Pananet's 5-year growth plan.

  • Consulting Mindset: Excellent at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical founders in a coaching capacity.

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.

What’s In It For You?

  • The authority to build the tech foundation of a pan-African organization.

  • The opportunity to stay at the cutting edge of tech trends in the African market.

  • A collaborative role that interacts with every department and founder in the network.

  • A competitive salary of Ksh. 65,000 per month.
