Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the African development and entrepreneurial landscape? Pananet Biz Africa is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to lead our business development efforts as we expand our consultancy services to Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

In this role, you won't just be "selling"—you’ll be a strategic advisor helping organizations scale their impact through professional business consultancy, tax advisory, and regional market intelligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-value leads within the NGO and ESO sectors across the African continent.

  • Consultative Selling: Act as a partner to prospects, uncovering deep organizational challenges and tailoring Pananet’s services (e.g., Sage ERP implementation or strategic planning) to meet their needs.

  • Partnership Management: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the development sector.

  • Technical Proposals: Craft complex, data-backed proposals and manage high-level negotiations to secure long-term consultancy contracts.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of regional legislative and economic trends to provide Pananet with a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, Development Studies, or Marketing.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or professional services, preferably with experience selling to the NGO or developmental sectors.

  • Tech Savvy: Mastery of CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities; cultural competence in the African business environment; and a self-driven, result-oriented mindset.
