Pananet Biz Africa is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Manager to join our team! If you're a people person who can balance corporate strategy with employee wellness, we want you.

The Role

  • Talent Acquisition: Leading the full recruitment cycle to bring top-tier talent into the Pananet family.

  • Policy Development: Crafting and implementing HR policies that comply with the Employment Act of Kenya.

  • Performance Management: Driving the annual appraisal process and identifying training needs.

  • Employee Relations: Acting as the bridge between management and staff to resolve grievances and boost morale.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Overseeing monthly payroll processing and statutory deductions (NHIF, NSSF, PAYE).

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related Business field.

  • Certification: Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a valid practicing license.

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years in a similar HR leadership role.

  • Skills: Strong mastery of Kenyan labor laws, emotional intelligence, and proficiency in HRIS software.
