Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our entrepreneurship support programs. You will be the bridge between our strategic goals and the tangible success of the SMEs and startups we support. Your mission is to create world-class incubation, acceleration, and mentorship tracks that empower African founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Design: Develop end-to-end curriculum and frameworks for business incubation and acceleration cycles.

  • Operations & Execution: Manage the day-to-day logistics of program delivery, including workshops, webinars, and networking events.

  • Founder Selection: Lead the recruitment and vetting process for entrepreneurs joining Pananet biz Africa programs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for mentors, industry experts, and corporate partners.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Define KPIs to measure program impact and founder progress, ensuring data-driven reporting for development partners.

  • Community Engagement: Foster a collaborative environment among program participants to encourage peer-to-peer learning.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years in project management, business consulting, or working within an Entrepreneur Support Organization (ESO).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.

  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and a deep understanding of the African startup ecosystem.

  • Mindset: A "founder-first" mentality with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for pitching and reporting.
